Job Title

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in architecture, project management, construction management, and building management.

  • Ability to coordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Hands-on experience in property maintenance, facility management, or construction oversight.
  • Proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues.
  • Keen attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

The successful candidate will oversee and coordinate maintenance and surveillance of nine properties, manage properties at different stages of development, and ensure necessary tasks are completed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a liaison between contractors, vendors, and property stakeholders.
  • Monitoring progress on construction and renovation projects to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
  • Developing and implementing best practices for building management.
  • Ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards for property maintenance and safety.
  • Providing regular updates and reports on project status and property conditions.
