Job Description
The HR Labor Relations Specialist II will be responsible for generating and preparing HRLR reports, handling and mediating employee disputes, and assisting in the development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Generate and prepare HRLR reports to ensure timely and accurate information for organizational needs.
- Responsible for the daily administration of general policies and programs in labor relations.
- Handles and mediates employee disputes, ensuring that grievance handling and disciplinary proceedings are carried out in line with company policy.
- Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures, promoting a positive work environment and upholding labor laws.
- Provide accurate and timely information and assistance to internal customers, exercising sound, independent judgment.
- Prepare all documentation necessary for case management concerns, including NTEs, NODs, RTWOs, and Admin Invites.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience in Labor Relations or a working knowledge of PH Labor Laws, with experience in representing the Company in mediation/conciliation proceedings before the NLRC/DOLE/NCMB, etc.
- Good writing skills with a high level of proficiency in creating impactful written communications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to exercise sound, independent judgment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in MS Excel.
