About the Role:
- Manage and resolve workplace conflicts between employees or management, addressing concerns and grievances in a professional and timely manner.
- Develop and implement strategies to prevent workplace conflicts and promote a positive and harmonious work environment.
- Collaborate with HR to develop and implement training programs to enhance employee relations and conflict resolution skills.
- Maintain accurate records of disciplinary actions, incident reports, and other related documents.
- Prepare reports on employee behavior, violations, and disciplinary actions, ensuring accurate documentation of all cases, warnings, and resolutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and company policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
