Job Title: Architect with Revit and 3Ds Max Expertise

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing design projects, proficiency in Revit for creating detailed construction documents, and expertise in 3ds Max for producing high-quality 3D models and visualizations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute architectural design concepts that meet client requirements and project goals
  • Create detailed construction documents using Revit
  • Produce realistic 3D models and visualizations using 3ds Max
  • Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design integrity and project feasibility
  • Conduct site visits to ensure designs are being implemented according to plans and standards
  • Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technology advancements
  • Prepare and present design proposals to clients, addressing feedback and making necessary adjustments
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
  • Proven experience as an Architect with a strong portfolio
  • Proficiency in Revit for BIM and construction documents
  • Expertise in 3ds Max for 3D modeling and visualization
  • Strong understanding of architectural principles and building codes
  • Creative and innovative design approach
  • Ability to interpret and translate client requirements into functional designs
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
