As a Training Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver training strategies that align with business objectives
  • Create engaging and interactive content, including presentations, handouts, and multimedia materials
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting
