Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Recruitment Activities: Plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling.
  • Source Candidates: Develop and implement effective strategies to source high-quality candidates for open positions.
  • Manage Candidate Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
