Job Title: Product Manager

We are seeking a skilled product manager to lead our development team.

  • This position involves guiding the success of a product, and leading cross-functional teams responsible for improving it. The candidate will oversee the planning and execution stages throughout the product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with end-users and technical teams to ensure business objectives and goals are met.
  • The ideal candidate should gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas that grow product capabilities, improve customer experience, and drive adoption and usage of the product.
  • The successful candidate will translate the product roadmap into detailed requirements and prototypes, scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact, and work closely with technical teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Management or equivalent
  • One or more of the following certifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner / Agile Certified Practitioner - PMI-ACP
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Proven track record of working with developers and various stakeholders to coordinate, plan, execute, and track product releases from beginning to end
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding project and time management skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box and roll up sleeves to get the job done
  • Outstanding ability to analyze, isolate, and interpret business needs into detailed requirements
  • Strong understanding of all aspects of the systems/software development lifecycle
  • Familiarity with agile software development methodologies
  • Demonstrate a can-do attitude and willingness to learn and work as a team
