Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Inquiry Resolution: Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Onboarding Process: Facilitate the onboarding process for new customers, providing clear guidance and support to ensure seamless integration with our services.
  • Customer Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records using our CRM system, ensuring all interactions are properly documented and tracked.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Conflict Resolution Skills: Effective conflict resolution experience, with the ability to de-escalate situations and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
