Job Title: Operations Manager

About the Role

This is a leadership position responsible for coaching and supervising a group of team leaders.

  • Analyze and maintain Client Service Level Agreements, implement improvement plans as needed.
  • Maximize revenue generation to reach long and short-term financial goals.
  • Select, train, develop, and manage direct reports and their associates.
  • Manage operational reports, including attendance adherence, PFP, client scorecard, and metrics management reports.
  • Create and maximize relationships with client partners.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to direct reports, ensure consistent administration of company policies and standards.
  • Conduct regular one-on-ones with direct reports, review individual performance, and offer ongoing developmental coaching.
  • Create a positive work environment through employee engagement, resolve employee relation issues professionally and timely.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least two years of progressive management experience preferred.
  • Call center experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop action plans that maximize performance and provide effective feedback.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Mentorship, coaching, and direction to a team of employees.
