We are seeking an experienced Senior Governance Professional to join our team. This role is responsible for providing proactive oversight, governance, and monitoring of regulatory and internal control requirements.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Implement a control testing framework to strengthen HR's internal controls.
  • Evaluate the inherent risk and control environment of each HR function.
  • Expand and validate the Process, Risk & Control inventory.
  • Coordinate audit and regulatory inquiries.
  • Support incident submission and policy review.
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects and reporting.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Certifications beneficial but not required.
  • Flexible to work EMEA hours.
  • Effective challenge mentality.
  • Experience in audit, risk management, or compliance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
