Vice President of Cybersecurity

Our organization is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior Security Engineer. This position plays a crucial part in advancing our security offerings and capabilities to better serve clients.

• Monitoring and managing client security systems, including endpoint protection, email security, log aggregation, network security, identity threat protection, dark web protection, data loss prevention, and vulnerability scanners.
• Responding to and managing security incidents, including incident investigations, malware detections, zero-day vulnerabilities, and remediation actions.
• Monitoring and researching evolving security threats, providing detailed analysis for security communication with clients.
• Working closely with clients to understand their specific security needs and provide recommendations for improving security posture and adhering to compliance standards.
• Assisting clients with the implementation and maintenance of security solutions.
• Performing security maturity and posture assessments against client environments.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Security, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in security analysis and management in an MSP environment.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Cloud Security, Email Security Solutions, Network Security devices, Vulnerability Management, Compliance, Incident Management, and Reporting.
• Experience with vendor management and solution alignment.
• Exceptional documentation skills and ability to generate comprehensive reports.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills to analyze security breaches and trace sources of attacks.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or other related certifications are preferred.
