Technical Team Lead

The company is seeking a seasoned Technical Team Lead to oversee the technical operations, ensure service quality, and lead the team. This role requires in-depth knowledge of karaoke systems, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple service assignments.

The successful candidate will work closely with management to plan installations, evaluate team performance, and optimize service workflows. They will be responsible for supervising technical staff, delegating tasks efficiently, conducting regular team meetings, and serving as the escalation point for complex technical issues.

Key responsibilities include reviewing and approving technical work quality, ensuring the use of proper tools and diagnostic techniques, maintaining documentation, and enforcing service protocols and company standards.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electronics or Electrical Technology, 7-10 years of technical experience, and proven leadership skills. They should be proficient in software updates, audio calibration, system wiring, and A/V networking, and possess advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.

A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and mentoring skills, the Technical Team Lead will be responsible for client-facing interactions, project planning, and equipment management. They will be organized, meticulous, and capable of multitasking across technical and administrative functions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electronics or Electrical Technology

  • Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for A/V systems and electronics
  • Proficient in software updates, audio calibration, system wiring, and A/V networking
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills
  • Basic computer skills, including software updating, USB file handling, and system configuration
