Senior Analytics Solutions Lead

This is a senior-level position that requires a blend of analytics and process excellence skills. The successful candidate will serve as the critical thinker and builder for the team, designing executive-ready reports and dashboards.

The role involves owning the KPI Management process, safeguarding data quality from source to scorecard, and partnering with business analysts and directors to ensure KPIs are accurately defined and reliably delivered.

The ideal candidate will have experience in BI/Reporting/Analytics Operations or Process/Operational Excellence, with a strong understanding of Power BI, Excel, SQL, and Lean Six Sigma.

  • Design future-state workflows and KPI frameworks that weave people, data, technology, and controls.
  • Execute change by running Kaizen/DMAIC workshops and converting decisions into Jira epics/sprint backlogs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and model data using tools like Power BI/Tableau.
  • Experience in defining KPI catalogs, implementing data-quality rules, and managing release/UAT gates.

The company is looking for a consultative, enterprise-minded senior IC who can look end-to-end across Reporting & Analytics (R&A) value streams, surface hidden friction, and turn insight into measurable results.

Preferred qualifications include Python or R Data Analysis, Data Analytics in a Call Center, and several high-valued analytics projects implemented.
