Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain integrations, playbooks, and automations to enhance security operations and incident response capabilities.
  • Design and implement efficient solutions to automate security processes, focusing on scalability and performance.
  • Collaborate with security analysts to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration and effective communication.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integrations and automations, applying problem-solving skills and technical expertise.
  • Contribute to improving the overall platform architecture and performance, including the design and implementation of new features and functionalities.
  • Participate in code reviews, adhering to coding standards and best practices, and ensure the highest level of quality in delivered solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Core Competencies:

  • Minimum 3 years of Python development experience, with a strong foundation in object-oriented programming and RESTful APIs.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Gitlab CI/CD, with expertise in building and managing automated pipelines for software deployments.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux Operating Systems, with proficiency in running command-line interface (CLI) commands on servers.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Server Administration, with hands-on experience in troubleshooting application or connectivity issues.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications

Complementary Competencies:

  • Familiarity with SOAR systems is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and terminologies.
  • Solid grasp of networking principles and firewall technologies.
  • Experience with mob programming practices.
  • Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
  • Understanding of containerization concepts and tools such as Docker.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
