We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Backend Engineer with a strong passion for infrastructure and DevOps.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, deploy, and maintain robust backend software solutions.
  • Owning the full software development lifecycle, ensuring high standards of quality and performance.
  • Collaborating with others, conducting code reviews, and fostering technical excellence.
  • Developing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for rapid, reliable deployments.
  • Exploring and integrating AI-assisted coding tools and workflows to accelerate development and reduce repetitive tasks.
  • Infrastructure & DevOps Expertise
  • Builtd and maintaining infrastructure-as-code (IaC) solutions using CDK, Terraform, Docker, and AWS.
  • Developing automation solutions to streamline deployments, system configuration, and monitoring.
  • Managing and maintaining user access controls, permissions, and infrastructure-level security across environments.
  • Experimenting with agentic workflows and AI-driven operations tooling to enhance infrastructure scalability and efficiency.
  • Monitoring, Observability & Reliability
  • Implementing and maintaining monitoring systems using AWS CloudWatch, Sentry, and Jira.
  • Service Management to track application health and system reliability.
  • Defining and managing alerts, logs, and dashboards that proactively identify and resolve performance or availability issues.
  • Responding to incidents in production environments and conducting post-incident reviews to drive improvements.
  • Designing and executing disaster recovery and backup strategies to ensure platform resilience.
  • Security Focus
  • Applying security best practices across code, infrastructure, and deployments.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to uphold compliance and system integrity.
  • Staying current with emerging AI-related security considerations and tools.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
  • Evaluating and integrating new tools and technologies aligned with our DevOps and product delivery practices.
