Job Description

We are seeking passionate contributors to help build hybrid agents where human expertise and AI capabilities collaborate. As an AI Agent Assistant, you'll work with large language models handling repetitive tasks, bringing nuance, judgment, and creativity to deliver high-quality results. Tasks may include:

  • Delivering well-reasoned, accurate, and clearly written outputs backed by credible sources.
  • Conducting thorough web research to verify information and collect supporting evidence.
  • Collaborating with large language models and internal tools to complete complex tasks.
  • Designing and refining prompts to guide AI toward higher-quality results.
  • Applying best practices for working with LLMs, understanding their strengths and limitations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in various areas.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Upper-intermediate (B2) level English proficiency.
  • Skills in web searching, fact-checking, intent-checking, and working with LLMs.
