A Facilities Associate plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Facilities Associate.

Job Responsibilities
  • Conducts routine overall system check of the entire facility, identifying potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Executes needed repair and upkeep tasks, including lighting, desk and office keys, lavatory, pedestal, lateral cabinets, work stations and chairs, to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Schedules repairs with trade vendors for air conditioning, electrical, and plumbing as necessary, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Reviews and monitors janitorial and vendor services to specific performance standards, guaranteeing high-quality results.
  • Conducts minor corrective and preventive maintenance of company property and equipment, extending their lifespan.
  • Assists and coordinates in the preventive maintenance activities of third-party service providers to building facilities and equipment, fostering strong relationships with vendors.
  • Prepares and implements preventive maintenance programs for all equipment, orienting contractual personnel on specifications and maintenance protocols.
  • Prepares and implements fire safety standards and procedures for the property, eliminating potential hazards.
  • Monitors and records all utilities consumption, ensuring daily usage is within acceptable limits.
  • Provides inputs for innovations, minor, major and capital expenditure projects, and monitors their implementation, driving continuous improvement.
  • Participates in the preparation and development of housekeeping requirements of the property, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization.
  • Provides technical assistance to company events, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Maintains inventory of building supplies, workplace gadgets and equipment, including spare material inventory control and disposal recommendations, optimizing resource utilization.
  • Accountable for all decisions, actions, and directives with respect to job responsibilities, upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
  • Provides feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement, as well as performance of in-house janitorial and skilled workers, driving continuous growth and excellence.
  • Responsible for understanding and complying with all policies, procedures, and regulations relating to job duties, adhering to the highest ethical standards.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
Job Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
