About the Job

  • You will conduct thorough soil analysis and develop tailored plant nutritional recommendations.
  • Work closely with sales teams and customers to develop and implement effective crop management strategies.
  • Provide expert advice on fertilizer product usage and application methods.
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials and communication tools, promoting the use of Yara products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align activities with commercial strategy and meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
  • Work closely with supply chain teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to improve customer outcomes.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and expertise.

Our Requirements

We require a Soil Health Consultant with a strong background in agriculture, excellent communication skills, and relevant experience in a similar role or environment. A degree in Agriculture or a related field is also essential.
