Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Junior Finance Business Partner to join our team. As a key support role within the finance team, you will bridge day-to-day financial operations with business unit collaboration.

You will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing, maintaining payment records, and supporting financial reconciliation activities.

This is an ideal role for someone looking to build a strong foundation in finance while contributing to strategic decision-making across the organization.

This is a fully remote role, based out of your home location.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices for payment requests promptly and accurately.
  • Ensure all invoices are approved in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with vendors and internal departments to resolve any invoice discrepancies.
  • Reconcile payments made by executives against company records.
  • Ensure all payments are correctly accounted for and discrepancies are investigated and resolved.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date payment records.

Administrative Functions:

  • Assist in maintaining financial and administrative records.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of financial controls and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.

Business Unit Collaboration:

  • Act as the primary finance contact for designated business units.
  • Provide financial insights and support to business unit managers to aid in decision-making.
  • Ensure alignment between business unit objectives and financial targets.
