About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Compliance Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Regulatory Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all relevant regulations are complied with and any non-conformance or incidents are duly escalated and managed internally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regulatory Compliance: Lead company-wide compliance activities and ensure stakeholders remain updated with relevant laws and regulations.
  • CORporate Housekeeping and Legal Documentation: Work closely with the legal team to ensure contracts and documents adhere to compliance regulations and requirements.
  • Compliance Policies, Training, and Development Program: Lead employee training sessions, implement internal compliance policies, and provide leadership and guidance to the compliance team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of compliance experience in the insurance industry and technology-oriented companies.
  • Bachelor's degree in law or business or other relevant qualifications.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Regional Asia-Pacific compliance experience.
