Responsibilities

As a Lead Qualifier and CRM Hygiene Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining data accuracy and completeness within the program's system.

  • Eligibility Checking: Speak directly to insurance agents to generate or update patient records
  • Claim Status Checking: Update client database of patient claim statuses by coordinating with insurance carriers
  • Sales Lead Qualification: Support sales efforts by contacting and verifying information from healthcare service providers
  • Other tasks: Directly interact with customers over phone, chat, and email to answer inquiries and resolve challenges quickly and accurately
