Your Go to Recruiter is seeking an exceptional Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide top-notch administrative support to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will possess a college graduate degree in any 4-year business course and at least 2 years of experience in an administrative role. Excellent computer skills, particularly typing, are essential for success in this position. Multilingual capabilities may be preferred or required.

Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual who can anticipate the needs of others and deliver exceptional results. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling office tasks such as filing, generating reports, and setting up meetings.
  • Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
  • Making travel arrangements, including booking flights and hotels.
  • Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
  • Using computers to generate reports, transcribe meeting minutes, create presentations, and conduct research.
  • Greeting and assisting visitors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • College graduate degree in any 4-year business course
  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly typing
  • Attention to detail
  • Multilingual capabilities (may be preferred or required)
