Job Description

The Project Delivery Manager will oversee the successful execution of HVAC and BMS projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and in accordance with quality and safety standards.

This role involves managing all phases of the project lifecycle—planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out—ensuring work is completed on time and to the required standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the HVAC and BMS scope of projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets aligned with client requirements.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and quality execution.
  • Monitor progress and performance of installations, addressing technical issues and ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.
  • Conduct regular site visits and meetings with stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to resolve issues and maintain alignment.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in MEP/HVAC/BMS projects.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale commercial or mixed-use development projects.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, BMS integration, and project delivery processes.
  • Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) is an advantage.
