Job Title: Business Insights Analyst

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Business Insights Analyst, where you will play a key role in helping us drive business success through data-driven decision making.

In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing and reporting on learning data to provide actionable insights that inform our business strategy. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify learning needs, design learning programs and improve learning outcomes.

You will have the opportunity to develop and maintain processes for consistent and scalable data collection, analysis and reporting. You will also automate data collection and reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills. You will be able to communicate complex data insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze and report on learning data to provide actionable insights.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify learning needs and design learning programs.
  • Develop and maintain processes for consistent and scalable data collection, analysis and reporting.
  • Automate data collection and reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in the Learning & Development field, preferably in a similar role.
  • Knowledge and experience in learning analytics, measurement methodologies and data analysis.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
