Procurement Data Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Data Analyst to support the day-to-day procurement & inbound logistics operations by managing data tools, ensuring reporting accuracy, and facilitating effective communication across teams.

About the Job

This role is critical to maintaining smooth operational processes and supporting decision-making with accurate, timely data insights. You will be responsible for managing analytical tools, maintaining and updating data sources, generating and sending reports, and accurately recording data in daily reporting tools.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage data tools to support operational efficiency
  • Maintain and update data sources
  • Generate and send reports weekly
  • Record data accurately in daily reporting tools
  • Analyze data and escalate issues or trends to support timely troubleshooting
  • Build, maintain, and speak to ad-hoc analyses to support the procurement team
Requirements
