Job Title: Controls Professional

Cross-disciplinary controls analysts play a crucial role in ensuring the effectiveness of our control framework. This includes assessing and designing controls, monitoring testing, issue management, and governance reporting.

As a controls professional, you will be responsible for evaluating existing controls, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing necessary changes to ensure end-to-end oversight.

Key responsibilities include performing analysis on effectiveness of existing controls, enhancing processes focused on increasing efficiency and reducing risk, assisting in the execution of Enterprise Risk Management Framework, and adhering to Risk Management and Compliance Policies.

Other key responsibilities include providing analysis on adherence to MCA program, understanding activities and processes as per required Policies, Standards and Procedures, managing issues with key stakeholders, and developing standardized risk and controls reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 0-2 years of relevant experience
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented individual with good analytical skills to evaluate complex risk and control activities and processes
  • Good knowledge in the development and execution of controls, and experience in control-related functions in the financial industry
  • Understanding of compliance laws, rules, regulations, and best practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
