Job Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a pivotal role in facilitating client hiring success by leveraging advanced technology, data, and automation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing top talent to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a subject-matter expert in recruiting tools, systems, and best practices, ensuring seamless integration with our ATS Greenhouse platform.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date hiring data across systems, enhancing our recruitment process efficiency.
  • Lead optimization initiatives for our ATS Greenhouse, improving workflows, permissions, approvals, and reporting capabilities to maximize productivity.
  • Drive projects that strengthen recruiting operations, data infrastructure, and analytics, enabling data-driven decision making.
  • Proactively identify and resolve discrepancies in requisitions, interview plans, job descriptions, and offer details, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of experience in recruiting operations or talent acquisition within a fast-growing organization, preferably with expertise in Greenhouse ATS at a Site Admin level.
  • Proven expertise with Google Workspace (Gsuite) and other TA tech tools, including proficiency in user management, approvals, and reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting pipelines, funnels, and conversion metrics, enabling informed decision making.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with a track record of identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements, resulting in increased productivity and efficiency.
