Real Estate Operations Manager

As a dynamic and ambitious individual, you have the unique opportunity to oversee all aspects of short and long-term rental property operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day operations of short-term rental properties, including maintenance coordination, guest satisfaction, marketing, and compliance with local laws.
- Oversee long-term rental property operations, tenant relations, lease pricing, property showings, maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead recruitment and hiring processes, including job postings, interviews, hiring decisions, and onboarding.
- Prepare financial statements and reports; perform financial analysis; ensure compliance with financial reporting standards.
- Identify and acquire profitable real estate investments through valuation, due diligence, negotiation, and relationship management.
- Drive business development by identifying growth opportunities, developing strategies, and conducting market research.
- Perform administrative duties such as organizing records, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings and events, and supporting management and staff.
- A competitive salary range of PHP 35,000-70,000/month.
