Job Title: Registered Company Nurse

A qualified healthcare professional responsible for providing medical services and support to employees within a company setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver general first aid and emergency treatment to employees as needed.

  • Evaluate employee health risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

  • Promote employee health through wellness programs, health checks, and education.

  • Develop and implement health and safety protocols.

  • Document employee injuries and illnesses, maintaining confidentiality.

  • Collaborate with management to enhance employee well-being.

  • Participate in training sessions on HIV/AIDS, Gender Sensitivity, Family planning, and Stress Management.

Requirements:

  • 4 years of college education with a nursing license.

  • Experience in occupational health is an advantage.

  • Knowledge of first aid principles.

  • Ability to accompany patients requiring hospitalization and assist during consultations.

  • Familiarity with issuing medical reports, sickness documentation, and other related tasks.

  • Flexibility to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Willingsness to render overtime when necessary.
