Ecommerce Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Ecommerce Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce operations and be able to lead and streamline processes across customer service, fulfillment, marketing, and product management.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make an impact. The successful candidate will have expertise in Shopify, Etsy, Gorgias, Klaviyo, Recharge, and their ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Operations Management: Lead and manage operational workflows to ensure seamless execution of tasks and projects.
- E-commerce Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of e-commerce software to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize performance.
- Data Analysis: Collect and clean data to identify trends and patterns, and generate insightful reports to inform decision-making.
- Customer Experience: Utilize platforms like Gorgias to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer grievances.
- Marketing & Growth: Partner with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and create high-performing landing pages.
- Project & Fulfillment Management: Oversee end-to-end fulfillment processes and manage inventory and operational workflows.
- Proven track record of success in operations or e-commerce management.
- Exceptional organizational skills and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Expertise in Shopify, Etsy, Gorgias, Klaviyo, Recharge, and their ecosystem.
