Key Proposal Specialist Role

We're seeking a skilled Proposal Specialist to drive successful proposal development and execution.

This role requires expertise in creating winning strategies, proposal plans, and deliverables that meet client needs. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM are highly valued.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in proposal development, excellent writing, editing, and proofing skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

This is a remote role requiring the candidate to work independently and collaboratively as part of a distributed team.

  • Develop and execute winning proposals that meet client requirements.
  • Create win strategies, proposal plans, and other key deliverables for successful proposals.
  • Draft, review, and edit proposal responses, executive summaries, and supporting materials.
  • Manage existing and moderate new content in the Responsive content library.
  • Support continuous improvement of proposal processes, tools, and templates.
Requirements
  • At least 4 years of experience in proposal development.
  • Strong background developing win strategies, proposal plans, and other key deliverables.
  • APMP certification or experience with APMP, Shipley, and/or similar methodologies.
  • Familiarity with proposal software (e.g., Responsive or equivalent) for content management and workflow automation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM preferred.
