Job Description

Tenet Global Business Center, Inc. seeks a Global Business Operations Coordinator to drive the on-boarding process of several functional processes from the US to the Philippines.

The successful candidate will leverage their experience in project management to optimize workflows and engage stakeholders effectively.

This role demands strategic thinking, analytical skills, and ability to navigate complex systems to ensure seamless transitions and efficient resource allocation.

Responsibilities
  1. Coordinating on-boarding activities, emphasizing timely data collection and reporting.
  2. Collaboration with technical and operational teams to align workstation setup and change needs.
  3. Liaising with recruitment specialists to recognize potential workforce shortages or opportunities.
  4. Confirms workplace readiness for new staff members, prioritizing on-boarding and training aspects.
  5. Communicates with stakeholders about on-boarding timetables.
  6. Designs a project plan that tracks and analyzes on-boarding performance.
  7. Manages changes to job duties and team roles based on established governance protocols.
Essential Qualifications
  1. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in project management.
  2. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related area.
  3. Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
