Executive Assistant Job Role

The primary objective of this role is to provide high-level administrative support to business leaders, ensuring seamless execution of their daily activities.

This involves managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings and events, and accompanying leaders on travel when required.

Responsibilities also include preparing schedules, gathering information, generating event briefings, and proactively ensuring the agenda runs smoothly.

Additionally, you will attend business meetings, take minutes, and follow up on next steps to guarantee proper follow-through after discussions.

In this capacity, you will facilitate leadership team activities, handle inquiries from others, and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality at all times.
