Responsibilities
  • Provides overall assistance to Account Management and Service Management Department with regard to sales and implementation activities.
  • Gathers, collates, and analyzes relevant data and information and other processing requirements to aid the division in achieving focused and effective marketing efforts.
  • Furnishes reports used primarily by the Account Management and Service Management Department in relation to pipeline, won deals and general status of the accounts.
  • Prepares other reports used to monitor various activities which may be required by the department, division, and other bank units.
  • Assists Strategic Support Officer or Head in furnishing learning and development program for Account Managers, Service Managers and/or other trainees, as the case may be
  • Supports Strategic Support Officer or Head in creating and maintaining an onboarding and off boarding program.
  • Provides assistance to Strategic Support Officer or Head on review of billing and collection of fees and penalties
  • Coordinates with various units as may be necessary to track the progress of deals and accounts.
  • Attends to transaction banking queries and concerns of internal and external clients.
  • Guides clients through accomplishment of documentary requirements, onboarding and implementation process.
  • Conducts basic implementation training for corporate clients' assigned users as may be needed.
  • Coordinates resolution of problems and issues relating to corporate cash management and trade with concerned units.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of Bachelor's degee in College
  • Proficient in MS office application (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • With good communication and interpersonal skills
