Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide technical support to customers and colleagues via email, chat, and phone
  2. Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software systems
  3. Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems in a timely manner
  4. Maintain system functionality by testing computer components
  5. Help design and implement networks
  6. Consult with users to determine hardware and software needs
  7. Maximize computer system capabilities by studying technical applications
  8. Test compatibility of new programs with existing ones
  9. Evaluate vendor-supplied software
  10. Document hardware and software updates
  11. Stay up-to-date on technical advancements

Requirements:

  • Technical support experience: 2+ years
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Native or near-native written and spoken English
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work with limited supervision
