
Technical Support Specialist

In this role, you will provide technical support to our clients by troubleshooting and resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity. You will work independently and collaboratively to research and implement solutions to client problems.
Requirements:• Basic understanding of IT systems, hardware, software, and networking concepts.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems or service desk software.
• Patience, empathy, and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Education and Experience:• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in IT or related field is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service, technical support, or a help desk environment is beneficial.
