Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide advanced technical support to internal customers, working within an ITIL-aligned Service Desk team.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service by interacting with customers of various levels within the organization.
  • Monitoring personal and team queue incidents, request ticketing system, and ensuring customers are properly handled and updated.
  • Creating and updating knowledge articles to improve the overall customer experience.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in any IT-related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in fixing software and hardware issues.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10-11, Microsoft Office 365 suite, and up.
  • Experience in using service desk ticketing tools.
