We are seeking a talented Data Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, building, and maintaining our data infrastructure.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to make a significant impact on our business. As a Data Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing our data systems.

Your main duties will include:

  • Designing and implementing efficient data solutions
  • Developing and maintaining high-quality data pipelines
  • Collaborating with the Business Intelligence Manager to support Power BI reports

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our data systems meet the needs of our business. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting any issues that arise and making recommendations for improvement.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

  • Strong SQL development skills and experience working with SQL Server
  • Practical experience with system integrations (APIs, webhooks, JSON, etc.)
  • Understanding of Azure Data Factory and data pipeline concepts
  • Experience working with Power BI
  • A strong understanding of data warehouse architecture and ETL processes
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell)
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools

Key Responsibilities

Data Development

  • Write and optimize T-SQL queries for data extracts and reporting purposes
  • Create, update, and maintain SQL Server database objects, including stored procedures, views, and functions
  • Support Power BI reports by ensuring timely and accurate data availability

Systems Integration & Automation

  • Design, build, and maintain integrations between business systems using APIs and webhooks
  • Support existing integration processes and proactively identify opportunities for automation or improvement
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration failures in a timely manner
  • Monitor and maintain Azure Data Factory pipelines feeding our Azure Data Warehouse
