We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Growth Marketing Analyst to support our marketing efforts. As a Growth Marketing Analyst, you will play a key role in helping us achieve our business objectives by developing and executing strategic marketing plans.

The successful candidate will have experience in growth marketing, with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels such as paid social, PPC, and programmatic advertising. You will be responsible for:

    • Create and execute campaigns across digital channels to drive business growth">
    • Develop and maintain campaign trackers and dashboards to monitor performance">
    • Analyze campaign results and provide insights to inform future marketing strategies">

  • Data Analysis & Reporting">
    • ">
    • Analyze data from various sources to identify trends and areas for improvement">
    • Develop and maintain reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)">
    • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on campaign performance">

  • Project Coordination & Support">
    • ">
    • Assist in the coordination of cross-functional projects and initiatives">
    • Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed">
    • Maintain accurate records and files related to marketing campaigns and projects">

    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in growth marketing">
    • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new marketing ideas and strategies">
    • Contribute to the development of marketing materials and assets">

">Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field">
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in growth marketing, preferably in a similar role">
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills">
  • Excellent communication and project management skills">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team">
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite">
