We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Hospitality Specialist - Beverage Preparation to join our team at People Link HR Consulting Inc.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest quality beverages are prepared and served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers warmly and provide them with menus, answering any questions they may have about our offerings;
  • Take orders accurately, paying close attention to details such as coffee blend preferences, dairy and sugar ratios, and other customizations;
  • Prepare beverages according to recipes, using high-quality ingredients and equipment;
  • Serve beverages and prepared food, including baked goods like cookies, pastries, and muffins;
  • Process payments efficiently, handling both cash and credit card transactions;
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, restocking supplies as needed;
  • Check brewing equipment regularly to ensure it is functioning properly and report any maintenance needs to management;
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment;
  • Communicate customer feedback to managers and suggest new menu items based on customer preferences.
