Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Process Analyst located in Pasig. The Process Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending effective solutions to optimize workflow efficiency and performance. The Process Analyst standardizes procedures and maintains the Company's Management Systems, ensuring alignment across all processes within the organization and compliance with ISO standards.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills, Communication, and Business Process Management skills
- Experience in Process Engineering and Process Improvement
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
