Financial Analyst Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our global finance teams.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Record and reconcile general ledger transactions, including accruals, month-end adjustments and balance sheet entries.
  • Lead the month-end closing process, ensuring timely compliance.
  • Prepare and reconcile balance sheet and profit/loss accounts, investigating variances and providing detailed schedules for management and audit support.
  • Maintain compliance with US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and internal accounting policies.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate entries align with budget expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field and 3-5 years of accounting experience, with strong proficiency in NetSuite and QuickBooks Online software.
