International Payment Manager

As a professional with expertise in managing international payments, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end processing of cross-border transactions, ensuring timely and accurate execution. You will work closely with banks and payment service providers to establish strong relationships, facilitate seamless transactions, and resolve any issues promptly.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Transaction Management: Oversee the processing of multi-currency payments and bank transfers, ensuring compliance with local and international financial regulations.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and implement best practices in cross-border payments, adhering to local and international financial regulations.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with international banks and payment service providers, facilitating smooth transactions.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline payment workflows, optimize transaction costs, and enhance operational efficiency through the use of modern payment technologies and tools.
  • Reporting and Reconciliation: Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile accounts, monitor transaction discrepancies, and generate detailed reports on payment activities.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in managing international payments, bank transfers, or similar financial operations.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of international banking systems, multi-currency payment processing, and financial reconciliation software.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks governing cross-border payments in different regions.
  • Analytical Ability: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail with the ability to analyze data and drive informed decisions.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the capacity to work collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
