Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Automation Lead
About This RoleAs a Senior Quality Assurance Automation Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a quality assurance strategy that drives reliability, performance, and scalability across teams. You will lead the QA automation team in defining and implementing testing strategies, frameworks, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement automated test scripts to simulate end-to-end user interactions across platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QA processes seamlessly into the development lifecycle and release workflows.
- Lead test planning, prioritization, and execution of both manual and automated testing across frontend, backend, and mobile systems.
- Mentor QA engineers and foster a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and continuous learning within the QA team.
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, reusable automated test scripts.
- Proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to continuous improvement.
