Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies to maintain the highest standards of engineering quality
  • Propose and execute improvements in testing systems and processes to enhance speed and efficiency
  • Conduct thorough user acceptance and exploratory testing to guarantee product excellence
  • Design and develop automated functional and performance tests to optimize product delivery
  • Identify and address test gaps, refining test plans to ensure comprehensive coverage
  • Perform manual testing of new features and bug fixes to guarantee flawless execution
  • Own end-to-end testing of integrated proprietary and third-party services, ensuring seamless integration
  • Collaborate with teams to develop and enforce testing best practices, promoting cohesive test coverage across unit, integration, and contract testing
  • Conduct functional, regression, performance, ETL, and end-to-end testing of application releases and change requests, ensuring uncompromising quality
  • Provide expert guidance on test execution and review/audit work to guarantee completeness and quality
  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders to identify and resolve issues, driving timely closure
  • Maintain meticulous QA documentation, including Test Plan, Test Cases, Test Metrics, Issues List, and relevant records
