Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled Junior Customer Support Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, and serving as the primary point of contact between our organization and customers.
Responsibilities include:
- Responding to email, live chat, and phone inquiries from existing customers and prospects
- Providing guidance on software usage to meet customer needs
- Tracking customer interactions in Salesforce
- Assisting prospects during their trial period to ensure they understand product functionality
- Serving as a conduit for customers to communicate product and feature requests to Product Managers
- Collaborating with Customer Success Managers to address large customer needs
- Contributing to the development of our support knowledge-base
- Conducting product demos for prospects
- Supporting the onboarding and account review process for existing customers
- You have experience working directly with customers, preferably in a SaaS environment
- You possess excellent communication skills, including written and verbal English
- You are detail-oriented and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences
- You are passionate about building and maintaining relationships with remote customers
- You have a growth mindset and a self-motivated approach to learning and development
- You enjoy working with technology and have experience with Intercom and Salesforce
