Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Support Analyst to join our remote team. As a Support Analyst, you will be responsible for resolving customer support tickets and ensuring timely updates. You will also troubleshoot technical issues (SQL, Linux, networking, VPNs), collaborate with utility clients to deliver the best outcomes, and provide after-hours/holiday support when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- 4+ years' experience in SQL, production environments, and client support.
- Linux OS support and network administration knowledge.
- Familiarity with relational databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL).
- Full remote work arrangement.
