We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Digital Marketing Director to spearhead our digital marketing efforts across multiple channels. This role will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing online marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and revenue growth.

This is a dynamic role that requires a data-driven and creative professional who can oversee a wide range of digital marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives and drive growth across all digital channels.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and PPC advertising.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other analytics platforms. Generate reports and provide actionable recommendations to improve effectiveness and ROI.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the development of high-quality content for websites, blogs, social media, and email newsletters. Ensure content is engaging, relevant, and optimized for SEO.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage digital marketing budgets. Allocate resources effectively and monitor expenditures to ensure campaigns stay within budget while achieving desired results.
  • Audience Targeting: Conduct market research and audience analysis to identify target demographics and create tailored marketing strategies that effectively engage and convert potential customers.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies that drive results.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of all major digital marketing channels, including website optimization, SEO, paid advertising, social media, email, and content marketing. Experience with Google Analytics tools (Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Google Merchant Center), Facebook tools (Facebook Business Suite), and other related tools.
  • Leadership: Experience managing and leading a team of digital marketing specialists.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • International: Experience working with international clients.
