Job Title: Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly strategic and experienced Marketing Leader to drive our client's marketing initiatives and support our growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our overall marketing strategy, managing social media channels, overseeing email marketing campaigns, optimising our website, driving SEO initiatives, and managing various marketing projects.

This role requires a creative and analytical thinker with strong project management skills and a proven track record in digital marketing.

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will lead the development of our comprehensive marketing plan aligned with our business goals. They will oversee market research to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.

The Marketing Leader will create and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. They will liaise with third-party marketing agencies as required.

Social Media Management:

  • The ideal candidate will develop and execute a robust social media strategy across all relevant platforms.
  • Create and curate engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Monitor social media performance and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.

Email Marketing:

  • Plan, execute, and optimise email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Segment and manage email lists to ensure targeted and personalised communication.
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Website Management:

  • Oversee the management and optimisation of our website, ensuring it aligns with our brand and marketing goals.
  • Work with web developers to ensure the website is user-friendly, responsive, and optimised for SEO.
  • Regularly update website content to reflect current marketing campaigns and initiatives.

The Marketing Leader will also develop and implement an SEO strategy to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.

They will conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO.

Monitor and analyse SEO performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on strategy, social media, email marketing, SEO, and project management.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using marketing software and tools such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management platforms, and email marketing software.
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
