Job Overview

This is a dynamic and challenging role for a seasoned IT professional. As an IT Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our IT department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • IT Service Management: Implement and manage ITIL v4 practices to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Infrastructure Management: Oversee the maintenance and upgrade of core infrastructure components including LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS/DHCP, NAT, Wi-Fi, and AD/Azure AD/Entra ID.
  • Cloud Computing: Manage cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, ensuring optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.
  • Cybersecurity: Develop and implement robust cybersecurity strategies to protect against threats and vulnerabilities.
  • DevOps: Foster a culture of collaboration and automation, utilizing tools like CI/CD, Git, scripting, Terraform, and ARM.
  • Data Protection: Ensure business continuity through effective backup and disaster recovery strategies.
  • Vendor Management: Negotiate and manage vendor contracts, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in IT management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Smartsheet, and programming languages.
